I don’t think he’s the guy that should be Secretary of Health and Human Services, I say bring Ben Carson back into the cabinet, after all he is a retired neurosurgeon, academic and author who served notably as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development in Trump’s first term. He would be the perfect choice.
