Climate Finance – Where Does The Money Go?

Bloomberg reported how the World Bank may have lost $24 billion, and could be as high as $41 billion. The billions of member country taxpayer money went to “climate finance” with no clear public record showing where this money went or how it was used, which makes it impossible to see if all that money made an impact.
